That might depend on how many peeps we pick up along the way, something we'll only know closer to the date. I think I left my gaff at about 3am last time

i will post up times for departures this year so we can have some idea about how long to stay in bed for.

i would say that it's worth getting some shut eye before the run as it's a long day, sort of.

I have a boys afloat week before this, but I'm sending them packing saturday so I can attend
