I might meet you guys there if that's ok?
I'm not interested in the museum, or the early start for that matter (early in my books), but I'm up for ride if the weather report stays how it looks now.
Can you get access to the cafe without going in the museum?

Well that might not be good enough... :)):
Last Thursday I looked at the weather report for the coming weeks and thought bugger this.. and then SORN'd my bike.
Looks like I might be buying it again.. for one more month.
Road tax is a stupid system..

Don't SORN but keep it taxed for the good days. They may be few but they will be there. Simples =:)

No point having tax running as the bikes get put in a tent due to my garage suffering from lots of condensation going into & coming out of winter. :(
Really can't be arsed to take them in and out of the tent for the occasional winter day that might be worth riding.

Can't make it tomorrow but if anyone's thinking about doing anything Friday I'd be interested (weather = unseasonably warm, bright and dry!)...

Yeh, I'm also not going to be showing up as right now have a man-cold and I don't want it to become a man-flu.
All being well I be ok by Saturday/Sunday but I'll see how this thing progresses.

If it’s anything like the one I have 2 weeks in and still not got rid of it yet.

Strangely, THIS old fart can  - it was Norman; thanks for putting up with us all Norm', it was nice to meet you :-bd .

Thanks also to the motley crew who were SWB and made for a (fairly) well disciplined bunch of riders :-bd .

Ride-wise it was a strange old day really - it was good in parts, a bit like the Curate's egg. From a biking viewpoint (mine anyway), I was regularily reminded of why I enjoy Devon's roads so much. That said, destination-wise it was worth the effort.

Let's see if I can remember all the names:
Phil The Younger and co-conspiritor in organising this (I use the word 'young' in an advisory capacity only :D )
Wendy (The long suffering)
Roy (MD of the famous ACME motorcycle accessories and inventive riding habits company).
Brian (of emergancy pee-stops fame).
Alan ("I've brought along another victim, we probably won't ever see him again").
Norman (see above).
Steve (He of the TEC persuasion, for which many thanks as always)
Andy S (late arrival at the party - apologies/beer/cider accepted  ).
Andy ? (as part 1 above - ta for joining us).

I only took the one pic', I don't know if anyone else did; mine will be in the photo's section.

As above great day thanks to the 2 Phill’s for organising even if the sat nav wasn’t at it’s best (we believe you Phill 😜😜) & Steve in his usual role πŸ‘πŸ‘, good to see everyone and Norm said he enjoyed the day ,until the next time πŸ‘πŸ‘
