Went around bits of Wales on Saturday. Some good places to stop for coffee too. Look up:
Llandovery - West end cafe and Owls nest tea room Diner
Cwmdu - Myndd Ddu Tea rooms
Loads of bikes in both places and good food.

We'll be popping in to the West End at Llandovery on the Friday afternoon ride of the Wales Weekend.
And I'd like to try the Myndd Ddu on the ride up instead of the Oasis.
