Nice of you to describe us "greyones" as being a bit cool....

Oh, you mean the weather? It's hardly tropical but I don't think I'll be needing all the heated gear with a positively balmy 7 degrees forecast

As far as I can tell our route will not be affected by flooding of some Somerset roads and the current forecast is for some showers, but not heavy, and temperatures around 7degrees - so fingies are crossed we'll be okay :ympray:

Will be tropical compared to one year where we had to stop at your house to defrost my feet in front of the fire!!

6 riders turned up; Brian leading with Wendy young Phil and old Phil plus Will, and myself as tail end charlie.
Ideal conditions with roads clear of salt and temperature high for time of year at 7 degrees centigrade. No ice.
Some rain which was a good test for wet weather gear - mine passed by keeping me dry.
Had to turn for home with slow puncture and eventually used my tyre repair spray which did the trick.
Smashing breakfast kept us warm as toast (pun intended).
Thanks for a great day of riding. :D :D

Thanks Brian et al for fantastic ride. Always feel better than sitting around at home. Weather was not too bad and the company excellent. Particularly nice to meet Will.👍

Thanks for the company guys and gal. It's always a good crack with you lot :-bd

Nice of the gods to, at last, give us that window of relative calm in the weather. Only my feet got wet - luckily my heated socks didn't short out and electrocute me

A great day out with some of the usual suspects.
Wot the others have said about the weather . . . . . .. It was nowt to worry about and good practise for if ever one gets caught in unexpected precipitation - or rain even.
Personally, the Triumph shook down well after it's arse-end rebuild, the Jury's still out on me. . . . ..🤔
A pic' was taken and will appear in the photo section in the fullness of time. Or when I can be arsed to do it in other words.
Here's to the next one - 🥂👍🏍.
