That's what I was thinking too but I expect that ride will finish a little too early for that, so was thinking of finding a nice coast and a decent chippy to pass the time afterwards before the bike night starts.

What time do you think your run will end Brian?
Being generous with the stops I'd expect us to be at Bridge by about 15:30 which leaves quite a lot of time to kill before the bike night starts at 18:30.

If anyone is looking for a sea front chippy en route to Seaton from Exeter, my recommendation is the Prospect Cafe in Sidmouth. It's on Sidmouth sea front promenade and is right next to The Mocha cafe, both of which are open to 17.30 and 17.00 hrs respectively I think - I will phone to confirm this tomorrow (Tuesday).

Your guesstimate of when the ride ends is same as mine Richard.

I can confirm that the Prospect Plaice chippy at Sidmouth sea front is open on Thursday - up to 1700 hrs to eat in and up to 1930 hrs to take away.

If you don't mind not scoffing fish and chips and fighting off the marauding seagulls in Sidmouth, an alternative is to grab f.o.c. sandwich, cake and coffee at Robson Towers Towers in Wiggaton before expanding the waistline further at Chris's Cafe in Seaton. Just let me know soonest so I can arrange this with the long-suffering Mrs R.

Last call for anyone who wants to call in at Robbo's F.O.C. Cafe after Brian's rideout finishes at Bridge, then making their way to Seaton. Mrs R needs to know numbers, currently it's Ptolemyx, Jug and me only.
