Probably the one that didn't have to keep going back to the dealers to get things sorted

Definitely the 2015 1190Adventure. Just enough electronics to be useful (cornering ABS, Electronic suspension), but a conventional circular rev counter (I hate bar graph ones), comfy seats, good screen, 50 mpg, bulletproof reliability. Did 30k miles in just over 2 years._Church_ wrote: ↑Feb 1st, '25, 20:05Hi Ming : )Ming wrote: ↑Jan 31st, '25, 20:45 Church - what KTM do you ride? I've had several, and most of them got a bit wiggly when tramping on, but that was the reason I had them, rather than the more refined offerings from BMW, Triumph etc.
Glad you got out and sampled some of "our" roads. The narrow muddy goat tracks you mention tend to be included, whether by design or accident, on most of the rides we lead![]()
Which KTM was your favourite?
Man that sounds really good! 50mpg??? Good grief. I haven’t figured out what mpg I’m getting but it sure as f isn’t 50. And 30k miles…that’s excellent…you must have had some epic adventures.Ming wrote: ↑Feb 1st, '25, 23:01Definitely the 2015 1190Adventure. If health would have allowed, I'd still be riding it.
