I totally agree with the old adgage that "it's not what you've got it's the way that you use it" but in order to benefit from that you first have to use it.... no-one is going to be a quick rider if all they do is ride to work and the pub and back and maybe a sunny Sunday afternoon jaunt during the summer.


Bottom line is there's nothing like the torque of a big triple but there's nothing like the corner speed of a sports 600 either. The big difference is that if Victor Vertical is on the little 6 then a good rider can overtake him on a Honda Melody, but if Victor is on the big triple then the good rider needs an RS125!
