Why is it that a majority of ride outs are aimed at plymouth and exeter area i thought that south west covered from cornwall to dorset not just plymouth and exeter

some of us would have to do a 60 to 90 minute ride just to meet for a ride out

the majority of the sw population are located in and around major cities so statistically the majority of bikers will also come from here.
plymouth and exeter are major cities in the area so you are going to be looking at a lot of bikers.
it still takes one of these to bother to raise a thread to organise one .

you could organise one in "sunny" crewkerne..

i'm not funny but if you ride a 125 (we've all been there) it might be worth calling it a small capacity "run"..
or you never know someone might have the wets in by the time you arrive !!!

Maybe should move house then

I think you'll find that Exeter is fairly central location for most of the South West to get to, if we head out North Devon / Dorset we usually start from Exeter. If we are heading further West, then we usually start off from Plymouth, all depends on where we are going. Start up an interesting route from where you are, & I'm sure you'll get a few takers.

I'll second that, it was one of the best runs.

And when 125's have come along they've had no trouble keeping up. Its not a race.

The only bike that has trouble keeping up is the very rare SVtypeR.
