on paper, i would imagine the rsv would be faster, especially powering out of the hairpins, (brooklands and hatchets)

no mate, phil bevan beat it a couple of years ago by 3 tenths of a second on his ducati. lol steve kept pestering him to let him have ago but phil wasnt having any of it. steve beat him in the sound of thunder race there in 2000, steve was on his miss'es 748 road bike, and phil was on his corser rep sp. but then phil got a ex ins ducati 996 and broke the lap record back in 2002 i think.

I was there in 2000 and steve was riding the 748 then oh and he had a black Gsxr I think
