Not quite 100% yet but is certainly an improvement.
I finally had a reply from the hosting company and they said.
"It seems fine now, please let us know if it happens again"
Am in contact with another company to host all my websites

It always works well for me and I have a rubbish computer with a 2.00 GHz processer and a rubbish ADSL connection
