bransons have had a shite reputation for years - even when i had my first bikes and was living in yeovil (many years ago) no ne would touch them other thatn the people who had more money than sense. if you buy a copy of motorcycle news there are always yamaha breakers advertising spares.

make sure you have a manual, then (i know this will be ard for a girl :D ) follow the instructions.

it should just be two mounting bolts and a plug to connect the reg/rec on

hey u i am really good at followin instructions :wink: lol
and i have taken the old one off as i toke it to bransons to get the right one

that stinks,i'd kick up merry hell if i was you

i was in there today for the first time and wasnt overly impressed so wont be buying my next arai lid from them

I havn't had any problems with bransons before, in fact, when I bought a set of leathers from there a few years ago they gave me a full refund becuase I wasn't happy with the quality of them, I'd used them for about 6 weeks as well :)

as for your MOT, you could take it to west coker garage, I have all my bikes tested there, the bloke that does them is a nice fella and I havn't heard of many bikes failing there :wink:

West Coker garage are excellent for MOT's.

unfortunately mike, there is one or two characters in there who are complese arses and have the custromer service ability of a baboon. :wink:

TBH, after loosing/giving up so many franchises I'm surprised Taylors are still trading, this isn't comenting on anything the workshop does btw.
