I love Sidi's these are my second pair. Best bet is to keep your eye on ebay. I picked up a pair of practically brand new for £50. Sidi are on the small size so if you are a 10 better looking for an 11.

Ok.....

Fill a sink with hot water, fully submerge the boots and weigh them down until the leather is soaked through...inside-out. Then put them on, and walk around in them until they strech. When they are loose enough, pack them with newspaper (ram the newspaper into the boot with something), paying particular attention to previously tight areas to make sure they dont shrink back. Put them in a warm dry area for 24 hours then remove the newspaper. Leave for a further 24 hours to dry thoroughly. Dont put them near a heater of any kind as the leather will harden.
