It was the one on the DC near ashford garden centre...i was just finishing overtaking someone before it narrows into one lane before the scamera,if i'd slammed my brakes on it would've caused an accident so not much i could do...just gotta wait and see what turns up in the post :cry:

Highampton on the A3072 between Hatherleigh and Holsworthy.
A silver van parked near the Sheepwash turn off. It always faces towards Holsworthy as you enter Highampton on a fairly unobstructed straight section, into an extended 30 zone.

That's called accelerating into a closing gap :shock: . Interesting at times but one to avoid :lol: .

thelastsuperpower.. don't know if this could help you any mate?.. avva ganda at this forum and maybe look into all the rules and regs for where they can park etc. A letter of complaint could help you out if you can pick out anything wrong with how he was parked etc. :lol: :lol: u never know :wink: ..

I dont think there was actually anything illegal about where it was parked,it was more the motives behind the fact it was parked so near an already operating speed camera...

If anything does come through the post then ill just have to deal with it, ive gotta be responsible for my own actions at the end of day... :oops:
