i use vulcanised rubber for my tyres.
as the gravity is lower on that planet the rubber is lighter here so in theory makes me go faster - isn't working yet tho

Try routing your dylithiam crystals through a zoned parsec field it worked for me.

do you not find the warp field ripples counteract the benefit of the dampening stabilisers causing weekeness in the tyre wall ?
