Sorry to hear of your off mate, good news being that you're ok and the bike's not too bad You bought tyre warmers earlier this year, now go and buy a back protector! That could have hurt plenty if you'd skidded across a rumble strip on your back...
I did a day at Cadwell on the 27th, managed 2 dry sessions, the rest on wets
