Despite track record, the thumb is not pressing down, far from it actually... no, really, honest!!!!
Back has really kicked off these last ten days and can hardly walk straight let alone run around the woods with a load of bikers shooting each other with balls full of coloured vegetable oil...

Will have a clearer idea Monday afternoon... Work has sent me on the back doctor.
Hopefully will be able to do the whole day friendly.
