Bike goes to Swindon then haulage over !
Prices for next year pretty much the same as this
£489 is total cost with no limits
Breakdown as follows
£264 Track time
£75. Hotel
£150. Bike transport
Track cost compulsory but other costs up to you
Hotel was cheap to book independently if you fancy staying for longer

I would say to get one or two trackdays in before going to this as it's a bit different to road blasting.
As Bullet said,
Get your kit to swindon on a certain day between certain times and load up
Bike goes to track
You fly out. - make your own booking from nearest airport
Travel from airport to hotel
Hotel to track
Silly fun
Repeat for 3 days
Load kit again
Fly back
Return to swindon a week later to collect kit
Plan following years trip

I've just sent off an email to no limits asking for prices if hotel booked independently for Portimao - if you want to stay longer.
Also have asked how many we have to have book up to qualify for discount. worth a shot.

of course you can spend more of less, i think bullet went through a lot of fuel, for obvious reasons neither Nick of myself did.
you would save a whole load on the fact you already have a van to get your kit to and from the depot. With looking at this with 12 months head start it's only a matter of a few quid a month tucked way.
We all did this on a budget, scrubbed tyres, pooling lifts etc so corners can be cut.
£40 for fuel ? I used £120 in 4 days at Almeria. Where you not riding it hard enough mate ?

Good value if you have the open pit rule....
3-5 bikes on track at a time, looks of space and 1-to-1 tuition.....

Virtually the same price.
Does anyone do the open pitlane anymore ? focused havent used at Almeria since 2010 instead they use the laptimers and run their chrono events which work really well.

There's no overseas hire car costs either? Or at least some way of getting from hotel to circuit?

4 of us went in on car/fuel/food etc and it cost 43 euros each
no deej i wasn't riding hard or doing many sessions. also my bike isn't set up to run at 16000 rpm. i'm sure some of the heavier handed riders used more but i used what i needed to.
we get the message moose, your name won't be on the riders list next year
