Nope not me

The most entertaining bit of the show was the Freestyle MX, but that cost to get in and didn't last very long either. Pardon me for being jaded (or just old) but I'm not overly bothered about seeing racers or race bikes, I've been around them for years and the novelty has worn off a bit. I enjoy chatting to the racers but they're just regular guys and girls at the end of the day, just a bit talented at something we like to watch. I like looking at GP bikes because they're special and rare, but superbikes, World or British, are just road bikes with fancy stuff on them. It was a day out and a change of scenery but as I no longer go with a big shopping list of bargain gear to buy, and I'm not in the market for another bike so I might give it a miss for a few years.
Bah Humbug!....

PS. We enjoyed the FMX show that much that we decided to go and see a round of Arenacross, the nearest one to home being the former Wembley Arena - it's virtually sold out already for a gig at the end of February but fortunately there are still plenty of tickets left for the two shows up at the NEC in January so we're going there instead
