It would now appear Nicky has succumbed to his injuries according to the hospital where he was being treated in an official statement about half an hour ago.

Very sad.
I was reading an article earlier that gave the impression he was hit whilst emerging from a side road. Said it was captured on a domestic CCTV attached to a house nearby.
