Works superbly, have one on each of my visors. HOWEVER ... at night, I find that they hamper my vision, car rear lights and oncoming car lights cause a double blurring effect!

Can't fault mine, had it come free with my new Shoei, went and bought a dark one straight away. No probs with oncoming car headlights either.
