Four or five days ago Sunday was going to be a sunny day on the Metcheck site. Monday also; It looks fine over Saturday night but Sunday looks wet.
Reckon we havn't been pulling the right strings, cause in recent times bikers' runs don't appear on the agenda, weatherwise.

Yeh, I have cancelled both my Mrs's training session and then a trail ride that was to happened instead, due to the current weather.
You'll no doubt be pleased to know that I am equally derided by my trail riding buddies for being fair weather only trail rider too.

I expected nothing less

At 1915 hrs tonight, Metcheck, Met' Office and the BBc weather site all reckon dry first thing with the wet stuff arriving in the Ottery area around 1500 hrs.
So I'm going out, bugger all this prevarication . . . . . ..
If anyone's interested I'll be leaving Tesco Honiton EX14 2XD at 0930 hrs and heading wherever - it'll deffo be a case of following my nose and will prob' involve around 100 miles - and cake.
Aiming to be back in East Devon around 1400 hrs.

On duty with blood bikes all weekend so not much choice about riding in the wet , including 100 mile round trip to Wiltshire Air Ambulance every evening.

Popped out to see what it was like, got hailed on, went home.
