we took a trip out to the site on saturday,really bought things home and made me realise he is really gone. seeing the patch of grass where he ended up is a site i will never forget.

Dave was a top bloke have worked in Plymouth for 2 years about to leave on Wed and this happened, so glad to see this thread and this web-site. Have rode bikes for a long time but the community spirit at Jaspers is amazing thats why Dave was so well known and will remembered. Wish I'd of known him longer as he had a way with words that only Dave had, god bless,gone but not forgotte Dave.

Its about 9 mile from Launceston on the B3254 to Bude. Go though Launceston town centre and follow the signs for Bude mate.

Dave was a top boke,one of the boy's and will b greatly missed by everyone, but never forgotten!..we'll meet again one day "shippers"! we had some good times! My heart goes out to all your family..RIP mate!

I taught Dave to ride all those years ago and shared many coffees and dits since and always had a soft spot for him. He was a consistantly lovely man and I'm deeply sad at his passing.

Just been down myself very touching, nice touch the containers for the flowers and water, signed the ensign, although i never knew the guy it is a sad loss,
