dam fooking stright im a good shot, come 8th in the south west region couple years back. win loads of comps and medals and things. well used to.

i miss winning.

nearly had a chance to go to canada and shoot representing england. but was too expensive.

If you read a thread then decide you want to talk about something else...

who cares whether its on topic at least its interesting for a change. if you want people to stay strictly on topic then there will be even less people posting than there are now.

and yes sly is getting too old for a new rocky film BUT who would play rocky now???

How would staying on topic cause people not to post ? like I said, start a new thread...

Does anyone know or train with Mark Ogbourne ? I believe hes from the Exeter area.
I bumped into him today , didnt know him from Adam, he's a 7th dan TKD
