to be fair ive always used a scooter to get to work and back on to keep my 'real bike' tidy and keep the mileage down and i pass the same riders every day on the way to work and they wave and nod when on the 'real bike' but not on the scooter!
i usually nod to just about everyone on 2 wheels as i think we all share the same pasion deep down!

get him to come on the friendly ride, we have a couple of chinese 125's coming along

that sounds like a menu item. Why dont you just buy food along the route rather than bringing it with you?
115 at my local takeaway is egg fried rice so 125 must be into the specials...probably something like Szechuan beef.

Anyone thinking of getting a chinese 125, i would say don't do it, build quality is shite but then they are a grand cheaper than the equivalent Jap machine, the exhaust has rusted through at only 4 months old and had to be welded twice, chrome has peeled of the kickstart and the bar end notweights have both fell off, rust all over the frame and the clocks replaced............

pah pansies! i eat my cornflakes from empty crank cases with castrol multigrade instead of milk, and sleep on a bed made of used avon super venoms. everyone else are just motorcyclists, not bikers
Of course, the real mark of a true hard-core biker is a scraggly beard with tiny plaits & copper bells woven into it...
...& a t-shirt that reads "If you can read this the b*tch fell off", not forgetting assless leather chaps.

On the few occasions when I find myself bikeless, I tend to be irritable, restless and grumpy. When I get a bike in the garage all is right with the world

now got two so Im a happy boy lol
