If this rider was jailed for not considering the safety of his son, even though nothing happened, why weren't the parents of this girl also locked up.
Where does this health & safety paranoia end.
Correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't that just a tragic accident as she funky'd into a fence? If so not really comparable to a bloke doing 122mph with his son on the back, no matter whether he was wearing gloves or not.
The parents, and other adults who were I guess supervising, allowed a group of girls to huddle onto a car roof to use as a sledge.
To any adult with just an ounce of common sense, that is a stupid thing to do.
The guy with the kid on the back of the bike, whilst obviously not the sharpest tool in the box, did not have an accident, and no one ended up dead.
Surely if he went to jail, then we should be saying to all parents that if you allow your children to do anything dangerous whilst under your supervision, then you should go to jail ?

Is that what he got?
That's [Censored] ridiculous, the guy may dress like Roy Cropper and have the intelligence of a pidgeon but 6 months inside, that's an outrage when you consider what some scumbags get away with every day.
Lost for words sums it up really

fuggin hell! it's only because he had his son on the back that he got that though isn't it? if he were doing that speed by himself it wouldnt have been half as bad.
