Knee down is for girls, real men get their r&g's on the ground like myself and julian.

However after my r&g went it was followed by ass, then head. And all of sudden I was doing rolly pollys.

I think julian has a similar story to tell

nah thats not a pre lowside pic.Its just taken at anglesey which is a very very grippy track - you can ride around like that all day and still go home in one piece. (presuming you have a decent set of tyres and a well set up gsxr)
