They couldn't reach a decision after 5 hours, i dont know if he's either got the worst possible legal representation or the jury were drunk....unconscious

i agree if the ld had a restricted license then fair enough we all gotta follow the law right but lets be honest how many of us kept out 2 strokes 125 restricted while on provisionals come on honestly why would ya when you know you have more fun with the vale open lol , i hope they laugh it out of court and if i did mate had a restricted license with no rescitors on the bike the i hope it learnt his lesson , end of the day we can only keep a eye out for each other as no other [censored] care heh !

Compare that video to this one of a bike being tailed by an unmarked police bike at up to 143MPH and see the difference. There's no way the Plymouth one is even close to 150.

sorry to drag an old thread up from the dead but i recently heard the rider went to crown court and had changed his plea to GUILTY and received i think 2 year ban, suspended prison sentence and a hefty fine.

Anyone know if its true?
