he's back riding again now! helped stick the new crank cover on last night!

I cant halp but think this was probably a very aviodable accident, and most likely caused mainly by rider fault not by the position of the drain cover. You riding line looks like it was way out for that bend, and your tyres should have been following a much wider line which would have seen you avoid the cover.
Im not blaming you mate, we have all been there and some of us have had to learn the hard way - seems yours was particually harsh though.
Not as though i can preach though as i put my 500 into a crash barrier because i lost the rear wheel in crap on the road due to poor road position!
Id just take this as a bit of a lesson, and i really do think it might be a pointless task trying to place the blame on anyone else except yourself!

she said they cant do anything about it unless if i had an injury. so ill just leave it and take it as a lesson that has been learnt VERY WELL i think. but i still just want them to sort out the two drains cos a rider with less luck than me might have the same think that happened to me and get slammed into one of the trees there.Biker Bird wrote:What did she say Samir?
