sooooo i'm a not sure now! its my friends birthday on the 27th but she cant make her mind up what weekend she wants to do her night out and its looking likely to be the same weekend as this. So i may just be joining you for the ride on the sat

Ok Beth, no worries, although you can always come for the friday night, travel down with Craig and Darren, then head home straight from the saturday ride out. I haven't worked out the saturday ride route yet ( nothing new there ;) )but I can always make it head northwards in the latter part so at least you're headingin the right direction.

well I'll come down on fri and laugh at everyone putting up their tents but won't be staying because have been roped in to taking the police cadets to flambards on the sat! so will have to head home to collect a car load so wont be able to stay.

First time logged on for, err.. ever really . Room for any more on this camping weekend, sounds like a giggle reading the posts.
Been a member on here for a while now but heven't really done anyhting so starting right now!
What do you want to do re deposits etc.

yes no worries, welcome along

deposit is £5 per person per tent, and cost of campimg is £6 per night, so after you pay your deposit just bring £7 for the balance on the weekend.

Turn up friday evening, have a couple of beers etc. then saturday is a ride out, route to be discussed on fri evening but I'v got a few roads up my sleve i'd like to introduce you to, then a cobbled together barbeque on sat night !
Sunday is pack up and ride home, but we could head for a lunchtime pub for the GP if no one is in a great hurry...

can I have deposits from anyone who definately wants to come please, as i need to get this finalised by early May.
