Thanks Nick - sorry if I was a bit slow in the way home - debris on the road down from Wheddon Cross & getting a bit cold & tired by the time we got to Exbridge so didn't want to push it!

Don't be sorry, it was your ride. Maybe not as fast as I'd be on my own but was a really good ride. And yes, there was loads of debris on the road and the loose chippings of the resurfaced section

Always ride at your own pace Kate and don't worry about riders behind. If they want to overtake they will. If they stay behind it because they want to - or in nick's case it's because he likes the view.
