Well I guess I should get my arse in gear and plan a route then.

well it's sunday night, my knee is killing me so i have taken some goooooooooooood painkillers.

if you know of anyone who wants to come along on the day they are more than welcome, as it's all at (ahem) posted speed limits, for me anyway, anyone who's bike can do 60mph is welcome along.
