They were given a chance so they were a bit silly taking it all the way to court really!. Never mind, lets hope it makes them think about the way they do business and treat their remaining customers a bit more.

Good news that the court result was favourable, but I'm still sorry you had so much hassle with them. It remains a certainty that they've lost a lot of potential SWB custom because of this.
