i don't get my knee down as that only adds to the drag factor
now thats drag as in the drag equation that is a practical formula used to calculate the force of drag experienced by an object due to movement through a fully-enclosing enviroment.
not drag as in when you put on your mums clothes and hang around down at the docks calling yourself sally
