No training can guarantee that.
Where does it say in any IAM literature that their training will stop you end up being dead in a ditch ?

Yes, sadly no guarantees whatever you do although no harm in trying to sway the odds!
Beejyman have a safe and fun trip to Dubrovnik......if you find the extra ££s for Skills For Life give us a shout or if you just want to find out more about it, let me know and I'll put you in touch with someone.
By the way, someone has taken up the offer so the 'freebie' has gone.

Can't sway the odds of idiots out there. Need telepathic abilities or sixth sence for some of the stunts pulled on the road.

I'm well aware of the fact that you cant control everything on the road etc. and nothing can completely eliminate the risk (besides with out a little risk where is the fun??).

So let me get this straight.
You find the prospect of being run off the road (risk), and possibly ending up being paralyzed and sucking your meals out of a straw for the rest of your life, appealing ?
I love riding bikes but I cannot honestly say that I think of as "fun" any sort of risk to my safety.
Maybe you have some romantic notion of going out in a blaze of glory ?
Well that only happens if you're lucky.
Worst case scenario, is that you end up a vegetable, totally dependant on your family for the rest of your tragic life.
But hey........Wheres the fun if there ain't the risk of that happening.

Emphasis on the word little. Now I am not saying i wish to be in a crash or anything similar because that would be just crazy. But like many of the other activities I do, Snowboarding, Speedboating, wakeboarding, mountain biking and of course biking they all get the adrenaline flowing because there is a element of Risk. 99.9% of the time this risk is manageable and fun.
