Wow Simon that’s a real result.
That’s one hell of an upgrade forget discounts at Llandow Portugal here we come.
I will get hold of Matt at SmallBoys Track Hire Bikes and see if we can align on dates. If anybody else has any interest in hiring a bike (and by bike I mean a fully prepped race bike with your own Pitt crew sorting everything for you) then please let me know ASAP as the more people that can be guaranteed the more likely he will support the date.

I think the price includes a decent hotel and bike transfer from their place in Swindon. You'd need to get the bike up there but there may be others with a van you can split costs with. I think the crate it goes in gives you room for tyre warmers, leathers etc. Normally need it a week or so before they set off. You need to sort your own flights, I believe Faro is the nearest airport.

Price includes
When dates are released you pay the deposit.
Normally then you sort up the fact you've booked saying what group you're in (for most it's lower group as euros are generally a bit faster paced than uk days)
General discussion then is to dates to fly there and back.
We agree dates you of course aren't bound to these as it's also your trip)
Holiday insurance (HolidaySafe or now No Limits) for repatriation.
If you want Bike cover that's something you sort out yourself.
Drop Bike off the saturday before the track event and collect the saturday after.
Price includes
Transport for all your kit from Swindon to track and back
3 nights in beach front hotel and breakfast.
21 twenty minute sessions on track..
We normally sent a vehicle or two to get from airport to hotel to track and back - split evenly including the fuel.
Simple really.
We try to bag a garage together to be able to help out during the stay, if travelling in a large group sometimes Clare will assign us a garage, but only seem it happen twice.

Ok reached out to Matt at Small Boys and he will NOT be supporting the date (so no full Pitt crew for me) however he is willing for me to hire the bike and sort it out myself so basically I have a bike to use when I am there. So that’s the biggest Hurdle out the way

At how are you going to cope having to fuel your own bike, put it on stands and switch on your tyre warmers?

Hey guys, I am interested in tagging along next year to this. I have not done a euro track yet.
Any idea which hotel you will be staying at? The Hotel Pestana Algarve Race, Praia da Rocha 4* is right at the circuit which is handy.
Also anyone know how much kit you can take on the bike carrier? can you fit in a large toolbox of stuff or just small items?
Cheers,
Gareth

It's normally the Jupiter hotel. which is about 10-15 minute drive.
It's the hotel that No Limits book.

yeh, they do also give the option for the trackside hotel but it's more expensive and there is nothing to do there

the stilages are pretty small, you have to be strategic with packing. taking paddock stands apart, bagging stuff instead of boxing it etc.
I do have some pics somewhere of our stillages all packed and wrapped (you have to do this yourself but it's nothing to panic over)
