my older brother got me into biking, used to take me around pillion with his mates, I started on a fizzy at 16, finished on a Z650 at 22 then along came a few children and had about a 19 year break, until my wife encouraged me to get a bike about 4 years ago. And I am hooked :D :D

Completed the London Marathon in 3hrs 33m 18 secs :D

The Army also offered me a free 3 day crash course to get through my test, their excuse was the Battalion needed despatch riders for war in the Faulklands :lol: :lol: :lol:

Worked thou didnt it. passed my test in 1982 i think :?

I started of riding my brothers scooter, just taught myself on the roads around home. Quite country roads, I don't think you could do it now without getting locked up. I was only about 13 as well.
