what they should have done the first time - taken the bits of broken bone out and fixed the ligaments! I have been walking with no ''alterior major'' ligament - the one that turns your foot inward / outward

Well, that's me out now guys some chap came and bought my bike earlier this afternoon!

Just back from walking the dog,

As above it IS COLD outside with a heavy frost in Exeter

I do have an option on the route to miss out a possible tricky section. Will see what it's like when we get to tivvy.
