You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Ok guys put some thought into todays bogup.. At the roundabout ,saw the marker and went down that road ,as you do. As there wasn't another marker for the left turn straight after the roundabout, I sailed off into oblivion. Since found out Si told everyone where to go but I missed it ,ear plugs. Anyway thanks to all especially Simon for leading us. Got to admit the pink hi vis works a treat. Thanks.

On behalf the Grey Ones just want to say great to meet up with all you Frendlies at the Ten Tors. Glad you made it before we left  . We had a fair run around mid Devon on the usual good, light traffic' roads, but caught heavy Grockle from Tavistock on :-q :-q . I clocked around 160 miles all up and the (s)Trumpet behaved itself - so a good day. Brian, Chris and Roy - thanks for the company :-bd . I'll post a coupla pic's taken at the Ten Tors. Hope to catch up with some or all of you on another rideout soon.

Sorry I didn't have time to meet up with the other wrinklies at the Ten Tors, but was on a tight deadline. Thanks to Si for the excellent run and I think we did pretty well keeping a group of over a dozen pointing the right way - apart from the TEC departing towards Plymouth! I've done it myself and had half the group follow me on a massive detour so I'm not going to criticise.

The baby Yam is growing on me and I'm beginning to think it's a keeper, so the farkling will start with sorting the rudimentary suspension I think. The motor is a peach, but it has a tendency to overwhelm the chassis.

Was good to see some new members and catch up with some peeps I haven't seen for 6 months.

See you on the next one hopefully.

thanks to all those who braved the conditions today (i'm guessing it was torrential rin and fog due to all the cars driving at 35mph).

good to see some new faces and afew of the old, always interesting to see who comes to play on a friendly. glad you found us in the end steve. neededyou for making sure everyone got through totnes and newton.

Pretty much a successful day i think and a few new roads to add to the memory banks for an early ride route.

cheers to steve for being TEC today and thanks to phil for stepping in after steve got bored and wanted a longer route.

see you next time.

good ride Si, nice roads and good to put faces to names even the traffic was not as bad as I thought it might be lot less cyclists than I passed on the way to Exeter. Thanks
