i thought the best way would be for people who want to go, to send their payments directly to alan (which i will discuss with him) then there is no deadline, basically if your leave payment till the day before the track day, then u might get in or u might not. does this seem fair?? i will put up payment details when ive spoken to him.

on the otherhand i mentioned to him we have a big group (ie 12 at the time) and he said no probs im sure we can sort something out, ill get back to you. :? im still waiting but ill try him again at the end of the week.

ok had an email from Alan and the way he would prefer it done is......

"Easiest way for the Trackday bookings to to book via me - 07968 208132 say it's for your group. Get them to book individually and they'll need their credit card numbers when phoning. C/C will be charged approx 10 days before the event . If some ring Phil Bev it'll be a right pickle so do it this way. If anyone has any further questions I'll answer them as and when."

YO i have found another day for a pembrey trackday, which is 20 quid cheaper.
its on friday the 15th of sept and is 79 quid.

just thought id mention a possible date swap as its cheaper. and its easier to pay through focused events. let me know your thoughts, i know it might be a bit more awkward as its a friday, but could make things alot easier, and there is 50 places left!!! sorry to mess people around but its a bargin.
