I'm of to the states on Sunday for 3 weeks.... then get back and the following weekend i get to spend it with you lovely people :)
I am so looking forward to riding my FJR, old but gold :)...... The bike that is πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

Did part of this route from Builth Wells onwards today, having visited The Baffle Haus for brunch and then joining the route.

Must say the roads were really good and clear of grit in the main too.

One of two places where there are junctions directly after fast corners so be careful.

Usual lycra clad lemmings all over the place.

Me, Tony and Andy popped up to Ponypool last night.
Head up to Bangor today and staying in Rhyl tonight (what a dump).
But roads have been good and no pot holes.
Heading back tomorrow.
Didn’t realise how small wales is. But the people are huge.

Distance wise, it's only about 125 miles as the crow flies, top to bottom? Timewise though, it's a very different story - try driving Cardiff to Conwy in a van and it'll be 5-6hrs minimum :roll: :lol:

If this isn’t on your list but get the chance, try the A483 from Newton and Crossgates.
It’s below Welshpool and above Builth Wells.
22 miles of bendy heaven.
