My only advice is take your time to explore the twisties or anything other than the auto routes/auto bharns.
Nice little warm up for you to join us May/June 2020 for a week enjoying the Eifle Mountains finest roads ad routes.. :D

Air b&b is an option. Been to Germany loads of times but it depends on your budget where you want to stay. Most hotels are biker friendly. Black forest is awesome for roads, Baden Baden and the D500 especially but I believe there are plenty of speed traps/cameras there now. We went this year to the German motogp and had fun in the Harz mountains. Stayed in Boppard before down in the Rhine valley which is fantastic and not as far to travel. Plenty of superb roads around there also. Have explored the dam buster dams and again, plenty of good roads. Try some of the guesthouses for another cheaper option. Holland is ok but the roads are a bit boring as no twisties. Belgium is pretty good for WW1 cemetries and related stuff. Went to Ypres earlier as part of the German GP trip. Our bikes were in our van to take the arse ache out of the trip.

In Belgium, the Ardennes region has some fantastic driving routes with beautiful forests and small villages. If you’re heading into the Netherlands, try the roads around the countryside near Giethoorn, known as the ‘Dutch Venice,’ or take a detour through the tulip fields if they’re still in bloom.
