LLANDOW 2020 - to prevent a repeat of last years issues...

So after the back and forth email tennis of last years Llandow, I have received an email stating the procedure for this years booking and the 'what if' scenario of another storm deciding to ruin our fun.
To prevent a repeat of last years booking shall we agree to decide if the event is to go ahead 7 days before on May 29th 2020 ? We will not offer a refund but can move the date to another Friday if the weather seems unpredictable. If you at this point decide to go ahead with the event, and we decide to stop it on the day due to safety concerns, we will not refund you any money.
So, if it looks like dangerous conditions are going to be paying us a visit and we choose to carry on, then it gets cancelled by them on the day - no money back.
If we agree/postpone with a weeks notice, we get another friday.
