Waitrose home delivery is limiting wine to 6 ******* bottles.

What is one to do one asks oneself.

Really hoping that now we are lock down the ridiculous emptying of super markets will stop so that we can actually be able to shop when we go out without needing to go to 50 different stores just to get some food. We have managed to get shopping slots for home deliveries but just need people to stop hording and just do normal shopping

Waitrose are limiting each 'group' of goods to 3 items.
3 pizzas, 3 pack of this, 3 tins of that etc.

Tesco have done the same. I went to get some Bananas and was told that i could not get any more then 3 as they were limiting people from emptying shelves by limiting any purchase to 3 of the same item. At the moment seems a great idea until the shelves start to fill back up again.

Cracked it now - cunning plan.

Don't think I've slots for 4 months supply but hopefully things will approach normal with all the on-line rationing.

My cousin has a winery in South Africa. A couple of cases each of his Pinot Noir and his Pinotage are on their way as we speak

Think your going to find this i know people are now booking multiple slots in advance so that they know they have food for the future.

Due to shoppers not following guidance I here that Tescos in Newton Abbot are taking a more controlled approach of only x amount of people in the shore at a single time. On a one in and one out basis and that gloves and hand gel are supplied at the door to better manage.

My sister in law works in Tescos and has daily storied of people getting right in her face (like within 30cm rather then 2 m) asking where something is that is a few meters away if they woul just open their eyes.
