Mid may I reckon and I'm guessing it will be a fairly popular swb ride

Reckon it'll be June... Though will need an essential trip to the supermarket. Maybe Tesco in Barnstaple might be deemed irresponsible as I live in Exeter... Especially as I normally shop in Lidls about a mile down the road
O:-)

Nope I think it'll be late July early August the worst is yet to come, especially as people just don't seem to have any common sense at all,I had to go to the supermarket today, people respecting the 2 metre rule outside, once inside it was madness :-s

The 'getting worse before it gets better' bit is unfortunately, a certainty. My best guesstimate is somewhere around the original Wales Weekend date of the 19th, 20th, 21st of June.
If/when we're allowed out to play again, and if there's nothing organised SWB-wise, I'm deffo making it my mission to ride out and call in to as many bike-friendly stops that survive this situation as I can. They're gonna need any help they can get.

Maybe someone will make filters for bike helmets and over gloves so we're allowed out...

Me and Jane are keeping ourselves to ourselves up to mid June (12 week isolation) at the earliest no matter what the "herd" are allowed to do.

12 weeks-ish was my thinking also.

I don't think our hobby will be classed as safe and essential for quite a while. The last thing they want is for the numbers to decline and then everybody goes berserk getting out of confinement and it all starts up again.

I gloomily predict it'll be July before the KTM turns a wheel in anger. I do hope I'm wrong though.

Think the eMTB will have higher miles on it by the time we're allowed out on petrol powered machines
