Sorry Mr Tuscan for you having to live in Weston Super Mud
Why anyone would want to go there voluntarily is beyond me

I live in Worle on the outskirts and its brilliant, quiet, peaceful and little crime, a nice house in a cul de sac.
What do I compare it with....
Left London 3 years ago and a flat in Croydon, high crime rate, bad flat, loud and noisy and generally scummy.
Yea wouldn't want to live in Weston Town itself but its great to have Sand Bay on Tap and the seafront for bike ride for ice cream
PS, I pay less for a two bedroom semi than i did for a one bed flat in London
