Mad buggers , it takes allsorts to make a world , worth remembering at that kinda speed you travel the length of a couple of football fields as a thinking distance before you even grab the brake lever , my favourite will always be David Jefferies at mad sunday , I bet some of those riders thought they where quick until he happened to pass, I remeber his father was no slouch on a bike either, he was riding a BMW on an endurance/record 24hours thing on the isle of man once told to just cruise around fairly steady , then told he was going to fast so he stopped and had a fag every lap he said ,

I have seen this vid so many times. If there was ever a "what not to do on public roads" this video has to be it.
Just because you and your bike / car are able to do this does not mean that you should. How can I say this because I have been a nutter on a bike on public roads and realised the errors of my ways before I died, somebody else died or I went to jail.
If you want to ride / race then head to a track. They are safer and more fun and nobody is going to tell you off for riding too fast.....
