Jay see if you can move to Advanced at least we can be in the same group. Being an ex racer you can show me how it’s done :-bd @-)

Some how don’t think I will have much joy on a ZX636 trying to keep up with a BMW S1000RR but will be fun trying. at least I can wave as you ride past ^:)^ =)) =))

Mate to be honest, it will be my first time on track with the BMW, hence why i've put myself into the middle group.
I will see how i get on with it and move up :)

Well not wanting to jinx it but.....
weather is looking dry

Got to say really looking forward to this one.
I have an old personal best of 1:45.5 set on the SmallBoys Track Hire Bike Triumph 765 triple (https://youtu.be/lUmOZd37WVc) that I want to try and beat on the Kawasaki ZX636. Perhaps this visit will be the one 8-} :-ss
As long as it does not rain and we all come home the right way up then its always a great day at Cadwell

Au contraire.... One of the most enjoyable sessions I had at an OMCC double header at Snetterton was after my ZX-10R died so I had to use my girlfriend's 5EB R6 - aside from chamfering the hell out of the end of the standard footpegs, there was an S1000RR ahead of me and I made it my mission to hunt him down. He obviously made ground down the back straight but I had great fun caning the R6 through the infield section, the chicane and the Bombhole and all the way round Corams, and every lap I got a bit closer until on the last lap of the session I mugged him into Murrays and beat him to the flag... OK, there were no trophies or points being handed out, and I wasn't really used to riding a 600, but it was terrific fun :)): 8)

Cadwell has two straights (ish), but lots more twists than Snett, so there's far more ground to make up time along - we'll need a comprehensive report afterwards :-bd

Scotty every session will be GoPro recorded / GPS tracked and on YouTube after the event.

Oh and by the way fully agree with you I have really enjoyed the race prepped 600’s and have no real desire to move to anything more powerful…. Well maybe something like a Gixxer 750 but that’s about it in no rush to get on a 1000. Should be lots of fun
