You have got some great roads around your neck of the woods.
Hope that you enjoy it here there are regular ride outs, several of us love track days and when Covid allows there's normally pub meet ups.
Several of the rides tend to start in Devon (but not all) but mean on them have a mid way point in North Cornwall so would allow you to join mid way and do the ride in reverse.

I'll be doing a ride out to Hartland Hill Climb October 3rd. We're regularly going over to Bude/Launceston/Holsworthy area along ride out routes and as Rob says above could meet you thereabouts.
