Hi Guys,
There was some conversation yesterday regarding hitting a vehicle that stops in front of you.
Dislaimer - I'm not saying that this does/doesn't apply to yesterday, its more a general principle!
Whilst generally, its the person behinds fault by not giving enough space White Dalton say "...While the general rule is that if you run into the back of someone else it will be your fault, it’s a popular misconception that it’s always the case..."

This is worth bearing in mind if you are ever in this sort of scenario.
