Why did this guy get fined for due care and attention? I can understand the no insurance but the car turned into him...

What his riding was like a while before the incident is irrelevent to that incident. A good solicitor would have had the court ignore such evidence with respect to third party claims. However his speed immediately leading to the crash may well have been excessive and, if so, he would be said to be partly accountable for the incident shown.
What the Sky News report does hint is that the due care and attention wasn't solely from the incident evidence but resulted from evidence from several incidents leading up to the incident shown.

So wrong license, Bike too big, no insurance.
But, could you see if the car indicator was on or not?
I guess if he was paying attention he may have seen cars stopped at a junction, albeit a small one.
Also, would be nice to see what the car driver got fined with for pulling Across in front of a Bike, bet they wouldn't of pulled in front of a truck.

Yes, I watched the vid on sky and finally I could see the indicator but I couldn't be sure it was on for long before the turn.
It looks to me like the car driver was too close the cars in front, they suddenly noticed their junction so rushed the turn. It didn't look like they slowed down much at all, and you can see very late braking so probably they probably didn't pay enough attention to oncoming traffic.
I think the blame should have been 50:50, but that is just based on the dash cam footage which might not be showing the full picture.

Would of at least been good to know what the car driver got done for.

Agreed, I'd like to know that they didn't get to blame the whole thing on the biker.

That's the press though, we all know it's anti two wheels.
